moi

Why, hello there.

My name is Kathryn Grace, and I'm 18 years old. Let me tell you a bit about myself!

I have loved writing ever since I was a little kid, and I dream of one day being an author. I'm currently working on my first novel, Saved Alone, due to (hopefully) debut sometime in 2016.

I talk a lot. And it might take you several tries to get me to shut up.

Music is something I really enjoy. I take that back... it's more than that. It's my life. I sing, play the piano and play violin.

My favorite snack is a dill pickle and a glass of milk (99% of you just left).

I'm an old TV show and old movie fanatic. If you start talking about I Love Lucy, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Andy Griffith Show, Emergency, Star Trek and many more, you'll REALLY have a hard time getting me to shut up.

I love reading books by H. Rider Haggard.

I forget things rather easily, and rely on my friends to remind me about things. They even call me Dory.

I love photography and just got my first DSLR for my birthday in June.

My favorite singer is Josh Groban. Or Frank Sinatra. Or Vic Damone. I don't have a favorite singer, apparently (HOW COULD I CHOOSE JUST ONE).

My favorite band? Forget all these modern boy bands and all that junk. Glenn Miller, baby.

I'm learning French. Parlez vous francais?

I want a 70's aqua truck.

I love football and I'm a huge fan of my state's NFL team.

My pet peeve: When people use "there" "their" "they're "its" "it's" "your" "you're" "to" "and "too" in all the wrong places. Which means I'm basically on the verge of a meltdown constantly, because this is a serious problem.

So now you know a bit about me! I hope you'll stick around so I can get to know you. :)

I hope the computer starts working for you Kathy. My laptop won't let me comment on the other post so I decided to try here. Are you having problems with my blog loading up or just following my blog?
~Godsgirlz1~

Well, I can go to your blog (thankfully!) but It won't let me follow by your invite or by email. It keeps saying "Problem loading page" which is really weird...
Oh well...

Hi Kathryn!

I agree with Tane, you have made your "About Me" very interesting to read! You sound like a very fun person. But, one thing you didn't say was where live? It's so cool that you have three pets!!! I love animals, too. Most of our pets have to live out side, because my dad doesn't like to have pets in the house. :^( The only thing he does let in the house is Perry my parakeet and my fish. You said that your sister Sarah is very artistic! That’s really cool! I'm artistic, too! You should take some photos of Sarah’s art to show all of us! Have a great day!!!

God Bless!

Hi, Eli!
Thank you! That's what I hoped to make it :-)
Yes, I love animals!! We used to have 2 rabbits too (outside of course!) but they both died of old age. My grandparents used to live on a farm! They had cows, and goats (like cocoa!) and an old mule called Francis (hehe).
Yes, I've heard about Perry. I've never had a bird before!
Sarah is very artistic! Go over to her blog here: http://pearls-on-a-string.blogspot.com
Look on the sidebar, for a category called artwork. There are a few exercises there. Also, if you look at the bottom of the first post, there is a watercolor she did. And lastly, if you want to see what she can really do in pencil, check out her post titled "Competition!!". Hope this helps!

So you want a 70s truck? Welcome to the club! Don't get a Ford though, you know what it stands for- Fix Or Repair Daily. Although on second thought my Chevy has the same problem.
