I went to Picnik (a really cool editing place online for free) and clicked on "Make a Collage". I picked a color (white for me), sized it, and then put on some stickers (the upside down triangles) and colored them. Then, I added text, colored that, and added a frame. Then I saved it. Putting it on your blog is a different matter... I had to have help with that, LOL! I hope this wasn't confusing :-) The only reason I had to make one for my blog was because I couldn't find any that looked like it. For you blog, try the same place you got your template, TCBOTB. They have some under "Accessories".
